Shahid Kapoor’s Kabir Singh is receiving immense love from the audiences and it has become the actor’s first solo release to cross the 100 crore mark.

The film had a traditional Friday release and it entered the prestigious hundred crore club within five days of its release. The film, which hit the screens on Friday, earned Rs. 70.83 over the weekend and collected Rs. 17.54 crore on Monday and Rs. 16.53 crore on Tuesday. The total now stands at Rs. 104.90 crore and has been declared a blockbuster.

Kabir Singh is a remake of South super hit Arjun Reddy. The love story also stars Kiara Advani and has been directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, who had also directed the original. Kabir Singh has been produced by Bhushan Kumar, Murad Khetani, Krishan Kumar and Ashwin Varde.
