Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet's De De Pyaar De 2 To Begin In Punjab

De De Pyaar De To Get A Punjabi Flavor :

De De Pyaar De 2 is set to take the story ahead from where they left it in De De Pyaar De (2019). The film will take the love story of Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet's characters forward in this sequel as the hero meets the family of his heroine for the wedding discussion and a new chaos will begin.

As per the latest report by ETimes, the DDPD 2 team will soon begin the first schedule for this romantic comedy. It will start with R. Madhavan and Rakul, and the lead hero, Ajay Devgn, will join later as he is currently busy filming for his other sequel, Son of Sardaar 2, in London.

"As of now, the production is busy preparing for a 45-50 day schedule in some beautiful and rustic locations in Punjab. While Madhavan, Rakul, and the other cast and crew members leave next month for Punjab, Ajay Devgn will be joining after his Son of Sardar 2 schedule, which is being filmed in the United Kingdom," a source told the portal while confirming the update. 

De De Pyaar De 1 was directed by Akiv Ali and emerged as a commercial success. The sequel, De De Pyaar De 2, with the same leading pair and a few new actors joining the cast, will be directed by Anshul Sharma.
