Akshay Kumar is coming with another release a month after Sarfira, titled Khel Khel Mein. The film has seen a low response in advance sales so far and isn't looking for a huge opening at all.
The advance sales for the film in the na chains (PVRInox and Cinepolis) are looking at around 8000 tickets at the moment, with around 5000 tickets sold in the last 24 hours.
Khel Khel Mein is also looking to lock the deal with theater owners at the moment, and most of them are preferring Stree 2 since the advance booking for that film is huge and getting bigger every moment.
Akshay Kumar's last release, Sarfira, opened to a dull response, at around 2.50 crore nett. However, Khel Khel Mein will be higher due to a little more appeal added by the comedy and the holiday release. The film will be looking to cross the 5 crore nett mark easily on the day and may go higher if the spot booking shows better outings.
Iss khel ke liye are you ready?
