Amar Kaushik Tells Who Should Get The Credit for Stree 2's Success

Amar Kaushik on Stree 2 Credit War:

Amar Kaushik directorial Stree 2 starring Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurana, Abhishek Banerjee, and others has turned out to be a huge blockbuster. As expected, fans of the stars are claiming the credit for the success on social media, and everyone has a different theory. But who should get the credit? Amar Kaushik has a sensible answer! 

The fan clubs of Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, and others, and even the fans of Tamannaah Bhaiya, Akshay Kumar, and Varun Dhawan, who did cameo roles in the films, are claiming the credit. But does Stree 2 belong to any single person, or is it great teamwork that has reflected on the box office numbers?

Speaking to India Today, Stree 2 director Amar Kaushik shared his views on the credit war, saying, “Honestly, fans of stars usually have this fight on social media where they claim their favourite actor should get all the credit for the movie. It is okay. It is really to each their own."

"Fans getting into a social media war over credits is common. Also, when a film does well, people around [the stars] feed such things into the minds of everyone, including the cast, that they should get credit for the movie. Hence, I just went for a vacation to stay away from the noise because it is usually when you hit a certain mark that it becomes easier to get trapped in such social media games," he added.
