The trailer gives a sneak peek at another Spider-Man villain, The Hunter, in his own solo film. The R-rated origin story takes a closer look at Kraven’s strained relationship with his father and brother, along with his quest for revenge.

Aaron Taylor-Johnson is in the lead role of Kraven The Hunter, as he dons the lion-skin cloak and chases down the enemy. Set before his notorious vendetta with Spider-Man, Aaron Taylor-Johnson stars as the titular character in the R-rated film.

Directed by J.C. Chandor, the film also stars Ariana DeBose as Calypso, Fred Hechinger as Chameleon, Alessandro Nivola in the role of Rheo, Christopher Abbott as a foreigner, and Russell Crowe as Nikolai Kravinoff, the Hunter's estranged father.

Produced by Columbia Pictures in association with Marvel Entertainment, Arad Productions, and Matt Tolmach Productions and distributed by Sony Pictures Releasing, it is intended to be the sixth film in Sony's Spider-Man Universe (SSU). Kraven the Hunter will release in India on December 13, 2024, in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages.
