Kalki Part 2 Shooting Update:

Kalki Part 2 is set to be bigger and more lavish than Kalki 2898 AD, and the producers have dropped an exciting update on the shooting schedule of this ambitious and anticipated sequel.

Kalki 2898 AD ended with Bhairava realising his powers as Karna for a while, and then he took Sumati away. Part 2 of this Nag Ashwin's directorial will introduce a new war and will have grander action sequences. Fans have been waiting for an update on the shooting schedule of the sequel, and the producers have revealed their plans during a recent conversation with News 18

"The filming will start in the next five or six months (January or February 2025). Once it starts, we’ll be able to talk more about it," shared the Dutt sisters (Swapna Dutt and Priyanka Dutt).

Swapna Dutt further added, "This time around, there’s a lot more excitement than nervousness. I think there will be a lot more planning now. Whatever we did for part one, we were all just going by Nag Ashwin’s vision. It often happens that you don’t understand most of the things until you actually see the visuals. Now that we’ve seen everything that Nagi [Nag Ashwin] has done and understood the way the audience has received it, we’re going on to part two with an altogether different energy."

Directed by Nag Ashwin, Kalki 2898 AD starred Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani. The actors will be reprising their roles in the next film.
