Race 4 : Saif Ali Khan To Return To The Race Franchise

Saif Ali Khan and Race were an equation that got broken in 2018 with Race 3. The actor played the lead roles in Race (2008) and Race 2 (2013), and both films were successful at the box office. The third film saw a completely new cast, and now Nawab Khan is set to return to the franchise with Race 4.

As per a report in Pinkvilla, Saif Ali Khan and producer Ramesh Taurani have discussed Race 4 and have signed the dotted line. The rest of the actors and director will be decided soon, and then the official announcement will be made.

"Saif Ali Khan has been discussing Race 4 with Ramesh Taurani for a while now, and the duo has finally come to the agreement of rebooting the franchise with Race 4. The actor has agreed in principle and is excited to get into the world of race again. Ramesh Taurani is aiming to take the film on floors in the first quarter of 2025,” a source close to the development told the portal.

The source further added that the basic plot of Race 4 is locked, while the screenplay is still not finalized. The writers will work on it before the cast is finalised, and then the film will go on the floor. This process is expected to end by early 2025, and then we can see things getting official.
