Stree 2 is an unstoppable tsunami! Amar Kaushik's horror comedy has shattered the previous records for the biggest third week totals, despite no holiday benefits. The film has set a new box office record for the third week numbers by surpassing the previous best of Gadar 2 as far as the Bollywood releases are concerned.

Gadar 2 set a new record for third week collections with 62 crore nett last year. Almost after a year, Stree 2, which was released on the same weekend, managed to smash that record by a margin of 4-4.5 crore. Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao's blockbuster minted approx. 66.75 crore nett in the third week, setting a new record for Bollywood movies, while Bahubali 2 (Hindi) remains unbeaten with 69 crore total in the third week.
