Advance booking update: Singham Again hits 70,000 ticket sales; Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 close fight

Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 kicked off advance booking this morning across the nation. The national chains (PVRInox and Cinepolis) have opened bookings all over, while premium single screens opened to full capacity post afternoon. A few single screens are yet to divide the shows, and that is expected to be done by the night.

Looking at the advance sales, Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty's Singham Again is running ahead. The big-budget cop-universe flick has sold approx. 70,000+ tickets in the national chains, despite a formal delay in the bookings. The film is currently selling approx. 8000+ tickets hourly on the BMS app, which includes national trains and premium and non-premium singlehscreen theatres.

On the other hand, Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan, and Madhuri Dixit's Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is also doing on the same level and is slightly behind the cop flick. With the 40% show ratio, that's very plausible. The horror comedy has sold approx. 68000+ tickets in the national chains and is currently selling 10000+ tickets per hour on the BMS, which is very good.

The competition is getting close, and the spot booking will play a big role on Friday. Since Singham Again is an action masala film, it is expected to do better with walk-ins, whereas BB3 is set to run with packed house and might face capacity issues at some places.
