Aitraaz, directed by Abbas Mastan, was a Hindi adaptation of the 1994 Hollywood flick "Disclosure." The film starred Akshay Kumar in the lead role of Raj Malhotra, who becomes subjected to sexual harassment by a lady, Priya, but the lady uses the law against him. Raj's wife, Priya, a lawyer herself, fights for her man being a woman, and that's what made this a very brutal and bold film at the time (or event today). Due to this bold theme, Aitraaz couldn't become a box office hit but emerged as a decent success with earnings of Rs. 15.58 crore nett in India and Rs. 26 crore gross worldwide.
