Om Raut's Himdi debut directorial, Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, has won 3 awards at the 68th National Awards. Based on the valour of Tanhaji Malusare, the film starred Ajay Devgn in the titular role, while Saif Ali Khan played the antagonist.
