Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 Update : Akshay Kumar's Cameo Reports Are False

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, starring Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit, and Tripti Dimri, is gearing up for a festival release on Diwali 2024. The next asset from the film will be released in the next week, and that will give us a better idea of the new world of this horror comedy.

Recently, there have been reports floating around the internet that Akshay Kumar, who played the lead role in Bhool Bhulaiyaa (2007), is coming back to the franchise in a special cameo role. Is it true?

Well, we have confirmed with our sources that Akshay Kumar will not have any cameos in the film. This is a completely new film with a new setup, and only Manjulika, aka Vidya Balan, will be returning to the franchise. But we never know if they are keeping it a surprise.

Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar himself confirmed that the news was fake while speaking to the Hindustan Times.

Earlier, speaking to Zoom, director Anees Bazmee had confirmed, "I am dying to work with him (Akshay Kumar), but unfortunately, I have not been able to script a film where we could work together."

Starring Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit, Tripti Dimri, Rajpal Yadav, Sanjay Mishra, and Vijay Raaz, the horror comedy drama is scheduled to be released on the Diwali 2024 weekend.
