Akshay Kumar Confirms Doing Prithviraj Chauhan's Biopic On His Birthday

Akshay Kumar on his 52nd birthday today, confirmed doing the biopic on Prithviraj Chauhan. The actor on his birthday treated his fans with the announcement of this film to a leading newspaper daily. 

Talking about the film Akshay said, that it is truly an honour for him to play one of the most fearless and courageous kings of India. He added that by doing this film on Prithviraj III, he and the makers want to tell the stories about his courage and valour to the world. Akshay further added, that as a nation we should always celebrate our heroes and immortalise what they did to propagate the values that Indians lived by. Thus, it's their attempt to bring to light Chauhan’s valour and daredevilry.

This Yash Raj Films’ productions will be directed by Dr Chandraprakash Dwivedi. Though an official announcement about the leading lady of the film is still awaited, but as per speculations, former Miss World, Manushi Chillar might be seen as the leading lady opposite the superstar in the biopic. The film titled 'Prithviraj' is slated to release on Diwali 2020. 

Akshay Kumar who is enjoying  an unbeatable success, has taken a short break from work and has jet of to London with his family, to ring in his 52nd birthday. 

On work front, Akshay will next be seen in Housefull 4, Good News,  Sooryavanshi and Laxmmi Bomb.
