Akshaye Khanna is one of the most talented actors in Bollywood. He has excelled in many genres and roles that have come into his kitty throughout his career. Now, he is set to play a historical character, and that too is a villain.

As per a report in Filmfare, Akshaye Khanna will be seen playing the main antagonist, Aurangzeb, in the upcoming historical biographical "Chhava". Almost everyone in India is aware of the Mughal Invader, and it will be a treat to see Khanna donning the cruel villain.Chhava is being directed by Laxman Utekar, who plans to make it a large-scale spectacle. The film has Vicky Kaushal in the lead role of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, while Rashmika Mandanna plays his wife. The film is currently being shot, but the makers haven't officially announced Akshaye Khanna's inclusion.
