Bollywood superstar, aka Shahenshah, Mr. Amitabh Bachchan, will be celebrating his birthday tomorrow, October 11th. Aaj fans are excited to celebrate the birthday of their favorite superstar; here's something exciting for them. Filmmaker Anand Pandit plans Trishul 2 with the superstar; isn't that amazing?

Trishul (1978) was directed by Yash Chopra, written by Salim-Javed, and featured an ensemble cast of Amitabh Bachchan, Shashi Kapoor, Sanjeev Kumar, Hema Malini, Raakhee, Poonam Dhillon, Sachin, and Waheeda Rehman. Pandit plans a sequel with Vijay's follow-up story.

"Trishul 2 will narrate how life unfolded for Vijay after being accepted into the Gupta family. It would be fascinating to find out if he lived happily ever after with Geeta [Rakhee’s character], if his own family grew, and whether he was able to heal his wounds. This will be my heartfelt tribute to a superstar who has meant the world to me," shared Anand Pandit during his interaction with Mid-Day.

"I have watched Trishul almost 60 times, and it impacted me deeply when it was released. The story of a man who comes with nothing to a city and makes it big in the construction business inspired me immensely," he added.
