Annu Kapoor Cheated Of 4.36 Lakhs For The 3rd Time By An Online Fraudster

Bollywood actor Annu Kapoor has been looted again, and shockingly, this is the third occasion in recent times. Reportedly, Annu Kapoor had two such experiences recently and fell prey to the fraudster and was looted of 4.36 lakhs.

The actor received a call from a person who introduced himself as a bank employee. The person asked Annu Kapoor to update the KYC details, and the actor shared his bank account number along with a one time password (OTP) on the call. Within a few minutes, Rs. 4.36 lakhs were deducted from Annu Kapoor's bank account.

Mr. Kapoor immediately went to the nearby police station and explained everything that happened. The police registered the complainant and took prompt action. During the investigation, they learned that the fraudster had transferred some money to two bank accounts in Bihar. The cyber team is currently tracing his whereabouts and the cash he might have used for his expenses.
