The trailer for Amazon Prime Video's next series, Hush Hush, was launched yesterday at an event. Karishma Tanna, who plays Geeta, a cop, in the series, revealed that she got the role because of that small cameo in Ranbir Kapoor's Sanju.Karishma Tanna said, "I have done TV, I have done films, and that's what has brought me work. I did a small role in Sanju. You see, it's a small role, but Tanuja Chandra saw it and liked it. She said that this is my Geeta. And it is a very interesting character. There is action, thrills, and everything."The title, Hush Hush, sounds very interesting. Revealing how the team found the title and how it reflects the main context, Director Tanuja Chandra said, "Because there are secrets. And also because of what happened suddenly in their lives. But you know, you can't hide anything forever. There are going to be consequences for it. Hush Hush reflects the lives of the characters because they are trying to hide secrets and the consequences change their lives."Hush Hush has an ensemble cast of Juhi Chawla, Soha Ali Khan, Kritika Kamra, Shahana Goswami, Karishma Tanna and Ayesha Jhulka. Directed by Tanuja Chandra, the series will premiere on Prime Video from 23rd September 2022.
