Ben Affleck Assaults Photographer?

Actor-director Ben Affleck, who had gone on an outing with his 4-year-old daughter Seraphina, allegedly assaulted and kicked a photographer at the Brentwood Country Market in Los Angeles.

Sources claim that when the photographer stepped in Affleck’s path and got closer to the actor to click a photograph, Affleck kicked out at him. However, sources close to the actor claim that Ben did not kick, but was merely demonstrating how much personal space he needed by swinging his foot.
