Anubhav Sinha's Bheed, starring Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar, is struggling to get Bheed at the box office. It seems that people are afraid of watching a film based on Lockdown, so they haven't come out of their houses.Bheed was released on limited screens yesterday and opened to 5% occupancy. Many shows have been cancelled due to a lack of audience, and the scenario remained the same into the evening as well. A few shows in multiplexes did run because they touched the minimum threshold of 10 footfalls. This is a huge disappointment for Bollywood, but somewhere we knew it was coming. The teaser and trailer of the film did not excite audiences at all, and now there is no sign of them recovering from this dead zone. Bheed collected 45 lacs on day one and will wrap up its business below 5 crore nett. Embarassing!
