Bhumi Pednekar, an actor, advocate, and climate warrior, has been inducted by the World Economic Forum to be a part of its Young Global Leaders (YGL) Community: The Class of 2024 for her towering work towards climate change through her non-profit Climate Warrior and The Bhumi Foundation, as well as for her big sustainable entrepreneurship ventures. Bhumi will attend the prestigious Davos 2025 World Economic Forum annual event and represent India. Besides Bhumi, the list also includes entrepreneurs like Adwaita Nayar, Arjun Bhartia, Priya Agarwal Hebbar, and Sharad Vivek Sagar.

Bhumi shared, "I will definitely be attending the YGL summit in Singapore, which will happen this year. I am extremely excited for that, and I really want to attend Davos as well, despite my hectic shooting calendar. The idea of being a young global leader is to excel in our individual fields as well. This year is a very busy year for me as an actor, as an entrepreneur, and as someone who wants to leave an impact. I really hope that I can be there at Davos and at every platform that requires my voice."
