After a few hours of rains, Mumbai got flooded again yesterday and this got Neha Dhupia really frustrated. The actress took to Twitter to criticize PM Narendra Modi-led government and wrote that good governance is not 'about selfies and doing Yoga'.

Mumbaikars pls be warned traffic outside is terrible,roads r flooded the situation is getting worse by the minute. Step out only if u must!
