Dalljiet Kaur recently made headlines by accusing her estranged husband, Nikhil Patel, of an extramarital affair. In return, Patel sent her a legal notice to clear her belongings from his house in Kenya after their separation.
Patel's lawyer also accused Kaur of making false allegations against him and made the separation official. Now, Dalljiet Kaur has taken legal action against him for his notice and also asked for a stay order.A report in Hindustan Times confirmed the notice, which says, "Pending the hearing and final determination of this application, an injunction is hereby issued restraining the Respondent (Patel), his agents, employees, and/or servants from evicting the Petitioner/Applicant (Kaur) and her child (Jaydon) and/or throwing out and/or whatsoever dealing with the personal effects and belongings of the Petitioner/Applicant in her matrimonial home (in Kenya)."
