'Dangal' Release To Be Preceded By Biography On Mahavir Singh Phogat

Aamir Khan will be next seen playing wrestler-turned-coach Mahavir Singh Phogat in upcoming film Dangal, but days before the film releases, you will get to know Phogat's story through his biography, which will hit book stands days before Christmas.

'Akhada: The Authorized Biography of Mahavir Singh Phogat', which has been written by Saurabh Duggal, will tell the incredible story of Phogat, who was disheartened after the Sydney Olympics to find the prize reserved by the Haryana government for winners of Olympic medals in wrestling unclaimed and decided to train his daughters and nieces in the sport.

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, Dangal will release on December 23.
