Actor Zaid Khan is all set to debut with his upcoming movie, Banaras. The film is directed by Jayathirtha, who is known for his mysterious stories. This romantic mystery will see Zaid Khan pairing up with Sonal Monteiro. The trailer launch of the film took place in Bengaluru in the presence of Bollywood actor and producer Arbaaz Khan.The trailer has been launched at a 2-day event held in Bangalore, which was graced by Dr. V Ravichandran and Arbaaz Khan. Banaras is extensively shot in Banaras as it is based on the rich culture of the famous place. This is the first south Indian film to have been shot more than 95% in Banaras. The movie also captures Mukti Bhawan, its importance, Bharat Mata Mandir, and its history.
Banaras is written and directed by Bell Bottom fame Jayathirtha and is produced by Tilakraj Ballal. The film will hit the cinemas on 4th November 2022 in Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam languages.
