Jigra, starring Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina, has already created a solid buzz with its intriguing poster and cast. The Vasan Bala directorial promises strong content and amazing performances, and we can't really wait to see what's in store.

Jigra was slated for release on October 27th but will now be released on the holiday weekend of Dussehra. The holiday weekend will surely boost the film's numbers. Jr NTR's Devara Part One, which was coming on this date is now preponed.

Karan Johar will be presenting Devara in Hindi markets, and he is the producer of Jigra. So, he is the common factor here and will make things smoother. Interestingly, Alia and Jr. NTR have worked together in a global blockbuster, RRR, so there will be a very friendly atmosphere all over at the time of its release.

After the huge success of RRKPK, Alia Bhatt and Dharma Productions's combo is set to deliver another super hit. Alia is also co-producing the film with Dharma.

Jigra is directed by Vasan Bala, who is known for out-of-the-box films like Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota and Monica O My Darling. Produced by Dharma Productions and Eternal Sunshine Production, Jigra will hit cinemas on September 27, 2024.
