Digangana Suryavanshi, a TV serialist and Hindi movie actress, has been accused of cheating for Rs. 6 crore by using the name of superstar Akshay Kumar.
Digangana allegedly used Akshay Kumar's name as her security and his company as presenters for the project to demand Rs. 6 crore. The complainants have filed a police complaint against the actress for allegedly cheating and criminal breach of trust under IPC Sections 420 and 406.As per a report in News18, show stopper Manish Harishankar has also issued a defamation notice to Suryavanshi. He alleged that she always kept telling him how well she knew Akshay Kumar.
She also took the names of other superstars like Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan and said that would rope in the biggies as the presenters. The Jalebi actress took a staff member at their expense to meet Akshay in Ajmer, said Manish.
