Dwayne Johnson and Disney have announced the much-anticipated live-action remake of the 2016 animated musical action adventure Moana. Written by Jared Bush, Moana's live-action remake will see Cravalho and Johnson reprising their roles as Moana and Maui, respectively.Announcing the new movie, Dwayne Johnson shared a video with his two daughters, and wrote, "Deeply humbled to announce we’re bringing the beautiful story of MOANA to the live action big screen! This story is my culture, and this story is emblematic of our people’s grace, mana and warrior strength."
