He's drummed up ample success as a percussionist. DJ Singh (Vijay Dalwani) who kickstarted his musical trail in 1986 while still in school, later soared to become a successful entrepreneur in the field of healthcare and wellness.
However, the tuneful bug bit him nice and proper... and DJ King who boasts of than 15 years of expertise in the field of music succumbed to it. And with thumping impact.

The debut album of DJ King (Omatra Foundation) features six popular Bollywood songs that have been given a new avatar.
A visibly elated DJ King told the media, "This is definitely a dream come true fpr me because I have always been a big fan of R. D. Burman. Presenting his songs in my album and highlighting the retro feel in it, has been a great source of joy for me."
Chief Guest Poornima (Sushma Shrestha)was all praise for the maiden venture. "I did listen to all the songs and I'm happy to say that I liked each and every one of them. This is truly a good effort. I'm quite sure that the album will be quite successful," said the Nepali playback vocalist who'd earlier shot to fame as a child singer in Hindi cinebiz.
Amid cheery demands, the singer rendered the opening lines of tera mujhse hai pehle, her track from Aa Gale Lag Jaa (1973).
"R.D Burman was my guru and whatever I know of singing is thanks to him," asserted Poornima, the note of gratitude ringing high in her words.
Among the guests who graced the music launch event were Tochi Raina (pardesi, saibo,gal mitthi mithi bol), Smiley Suri, Umesh Pherwani, Rashmi Pitre, Rajeev Paul, Nakul Mehta and Abhishek Awasthi.
