Kartik Aaryan and Janhvi Kapoor sent the internet into a tizzy as they holidayed together in Goa in December, last year. While at the time rumours about them being a number did the rounds, there's a surprising new update.

Kartik and Janhvi, who are working together in Karan Johar's Dostana 2, have unfollowed each other on Instagram and some reports suggest that the Dhadak star may have blocked Kartik. Their latest antics have set tongues wagging and many are wondering if Dostana 2 has been put on back burners.

Dostana 2 was announced in 2019 and the film's team started shooting in 2020 however, the shoot came to a halt because of the pandemic. They were supposed to resume the shoot this year but with a new variant of coronavirus emerging in the UK, the country has gone into lockdown till February, thus putting a break in the makers' plans.

Only time will tell if there's actual trouble brewing between the two or it's just another publicity stunt.
