Dream Girl 2 box office update: Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday's Dream Girl 2 has had a fairly decent opening weekend at the Indian box office. The film opened to a double-digit total despite so-so buzz and mixed reviews. The collections jumped by more than 30% on day two, as the film collected more than 13 crore on Saturday. Now, Sunday has another jump, which was expected, but the battle is only half won yet.
Dream Girl 2 had a weekend of over 39 crore nett as per early estimates on Sunday. The numbers are lower than the predecessor, which had a lower ATP (average ticket price) in 2019. Dream Girl 2 needs a strong hold on Monday to taste success.
