publive-imageDwayne Johnson aka The Rock seems to be heading towards immortality in the annals of Hollywood. The actor was selected by the internationally famous and iconic TCL Chinese theater to leave his imprints which would be showcased to visitors. This is a rare honour for the man since so far just under 300 Hollywood celebs have been selected for this distinction.

So happy was The Rock that he shared this piece of news on his Instagram account. Dwayne expressed gratitude to all his family, fans and well wishers and articulated that he would never forget this day for the rest of his life. Johnson shared a picture of him leaving his imprints.

The Rock shared the memorable picture with the caption: "Arm raised high.. Since its opening day of May 18th, 1927, the world famous and iconic TCL Chinese Theater has immortalized only just under 300 Hollywood men and women. To my loving and awesome family, loyal team, incredible colleagues, partners and especially the most amazing and coolest fans in the world - I'll never forget this day for the rest of my life.. and it was all possible because of you. Thank you so much and like I said in my speech... "Cheers to always goin' for it and always puttin' in the hard work with our two hands". #FromJamesStewartToEastwood #DenzelToSpielberg #AndNowMyBigPawsAndClaws #HonoredBeyondWords #HandAndFootCeremony #MonumentalMilestone #SanAndreasWorldTour" (sic)
