Eva Mendes To Star In 'Fast And Furious 8'?

Actress Eva Mendes, who played Agent Monica Fuentes in the second instalment of the The Fast and the Furious series, is reported to reprise her role for the eighth instalment. Furious 7 is breaking records everywhere and Eva might just agree to come onboard for the eight movie.

Eva played the role of a US Customs Service agent in the second instalment, 2 Fast 2 Furious, in 2003. She was roped in for a brief cameo in the franchise's fifth film Fast Five in 2011. Apart from Eva, Kurt Russell is also expected to return for Fast and Furious 8 as well as Vin Diesel.

Furious 7 marked the final appearance of Paul Walker as he died in a car crash in 2013.
