Khushalii Kumar's latest film, Starfish, hit cinemas today. The film also stars Ehan Bhatt, Milind Soman, and Tushar Khanna. Directed by Akhilesh Jaiswal, this is a romantic drama and thriller blended together in a mysterious way.Talking about the genre and how Starfish fits into it, Khushalii Kumar said, "Starfish is a very unusual relationship drama. It has good romance and characters. The best thing about the film for me is the underwater action. People have seen them in the trailer and liked them. I also feel the characters are very different from what you have seen. It's far from what we have seen in Bollywood in recent times. I am hoping that audiences will like our film, and the film does well."Expressing her views about her character in Starfish, Khushalii shared, "For me, Tara's character is very unique and special. She is a commercial diver, and we haven't seen anyone playing this kind of character in recent times. The character graph is very good, and it's very deep too. So, I enjoyed playing Tara Salgaonkar.""The title of the film and my characters are metaphorically connected. Starfish has this quality of regenerating her body parts after being wounded or cut. The same happens with Tara's character. She has to heal herself from whatever happens to her, and that, I think, is a very deep thought," she concluded.
