The seventh installment of Fast and Furious, has had the biggest opening ever for a Hollywood film in India. The movie marks the final appearance of Paul Walker, the Hollywood heart throb who died in an unfortunate car accident in November 2013.

Paul who has been synonymous with the Fast and Furious franchisee, had the makers worried as he had shot for only 40 percent of the film. While the talks of  shelving Furious 7 began to do rounds, the makers decided to shoot the film in his absence using digital effects, CGI effects and body doubles. We hear that his brothers Cody Walker and Caleb Walker were used as his stand ins. 60 percent of the film was shot using digital replacements where his face was morphed on his stand-ins and body doubles.

His brothers helped create a digital frame to shoot for Paul's unfinished fight and stunt sequences.
