Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire TOPS The Weekend Chart in INDIA Overtaking Crew and Goatlife

Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire has emerged as a huge success in India in the opening weekend itself. The film became the rank #1 film across India over the weekend, surpassing all the domestic releases.

Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire collected approx. $5.5 million (45 crore gross) at the Indian box office over the weekend. The numbers came on a busy weekend with lots of releases from Hindi to South Industries.All the films have been boosted by the Good Friday holiday and Saturday coming between two holidays, but it doesn't seem like Godzilla X Kong has been affected by it. Believe it or not, this foreign industry movie overtook all the domestic releases despite having fewer screens.

Godzilla X Kong was released on fewer screens than Crew and yet found higher box office numbers over the weekend (a huge contribution from South markets).
