'Good Luck Jerry' Trailer : Aanand L. Rai & Janhvi Kapoor Bring An Unwanted Copy Of 'Kolamaavu Kokila'

Young Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor is starring in Good Luck Jerry, the Hindi remake of the Tamil crime-comedy Kolamaavu Kokila. Produced by Aanand L. Rai's Colour Yellow Productions, Subaskaran Allirajah's Lyca Productions and Mahaveer Jain Films, the film is directed by Siddharth Sen, who makes his feature film debut.

The original Tamil flick was helmed by Nelson with Nayanthara in the lead role. The film had its own highs and lows (many loopes actually) but worked decently for the regional audience. The Hindi remake, Good Luck Jerry, offers nothing but an unwanted copy-paste with childish and vulgar humour.Recently, we have seen many south remakes flopping at the box office. Nikamma and Shahid Kapoor's Jersey are the latest examples of it. Good Luck Jerry is coming on OTT, which will save it from the disaster results at the box office.The film stars Janhvi Kapoor, Deepak Dobriyal, Mita Vashisht, Neeraj Sood and Sushant Singh. Good Luck Jerry is produced by Aanand L Rai, Lyca Productions and Mahaveer Jain Films, and will be released on the OTT platform on 29th July 2022.
