Akshay Kumar's big-budget comedy, Housefull 5, which was announced for Diwali 2024 release, has now been postponed to June 2025. Housefull 5 will now be released on June 6, 2025—a similar summer release as previous Houseful movies except the 4th one.In the official statement, producer Sajid Nadiadwala stated, "The Houseful franchise owes its massive success to the audiences, and we hope for a similar reception for Houseful 5. The team has crafted an absolutely mind-blowing story that demands top-notch VFX.""Therefore, we've made the decision to push the release to ensure we deliver five times the entertainment with a great cinematic experience. Housefull 5 will now be released on 6th June 2025," the note concluded.Now, this makes the path clear for Kartik Aaryan's Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, which is scheduled to be released on Diwali 2024. The clash of two comedies is not happening. But we might see some other film making its way to the Diwali 2024 weekend. Who knows?
