Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny saw no growth in its box office earnings on the 4th of July holiday of Independence Day. The Harrison Ford starrer is passing every day with a drop in collections, including big days like Saturday and Tuesday.
Indiana Jones 5 has an extended weekend total of $82 million in North America. The action adventure scored about $10 million on the Independence Day holiday and will now suffer to recover its high cost of about $300 million plus.
The overseas numbers aren't good either. Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny bombed in China with a $2 million+ opening while other markets have also registered low numbers. Indiana Jones has added $70 million from international markets, with some markets yet to be reported.
