'Indiana Jones' Star Harrison Ford Injured In A Plane Crash

publive-imageVeteran Hollywood actor Harrison Ford was hospitalised on Thursday after crash landing a plane in California. The 72-year old is an experienced pilot, but there were some mechanical issues with his single engine plane which resulted in the crash.

Initially there were reports that his condition was critical, but it has now been reported that he was listed in 'Fair to moderate' conditions. The Indiana Jones star has suffered multiple lacerations and was flying the plane alone. No one was else was reported injured in the area where the plane crash landed. He is currently being treated at the UCLA hospital in Westwood. His son Ben Ford took to Twitter to give an update on his father. He said, "Dad is ok. Battered, but ok!"  "He is every bit the man you would think he is. He is an incredibly strong man.

According to witnesses, Ford was able to walk away from the accident, and was later attended to by two physicians who were on the scene. So the good news is that he will make a full recovery.
