Rush Hour Jackie Chan, who recently boasted to a magazine about defending himself from a gang of hoodlums using grenades and pistols, might land in trouble with the police for possessing weapons without the required licenses, it seems.

Chan is currently being probed and investigators are trying to figure out if his claims are true, in which case, he would be prosecuted for possessing arms illegally. Moreover, even if it turns out that Chan said those things in jest, he might still attract legal action for spreading misleading information and sending a wrong message to the world, as Hong Kong has very strict laws about weapons possession.
