Jiah Khan Suicide Hearing : Aditya Pancholi Not To Be Called As A Witness As He Might Damage The Case —

It's almost a decade since Jiah Khan left us, and her suicide case dragged Sooraj Pancholi and Aditya Pancholi's names into it. The prosecution has now decided to drop Aditya Pancholi's name from the list of witnesses for the sake of clarity.

Aditya Pancholi is the father of Sooraj Pancholi, who is the main accused in the case. Having Father as a witness might damage the case for Jiah Khan's lawyers, and hence, they have decided not to call him as a witness in this case anymore.

Jiah Khan committed suicide in June 2013, and her mother, Rabia Khan, blamed Sooraj Pancholi for abetting . Sooraj was arrested for the same and was granted bail by the Bombay High Court within a month. So far, almost 23 witnesses have deposed since the trial began.
