The shoot for Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri's next The Vaccine War has already begun. A few days ago, media reports confirmed that Nana Patekar has joined the cast along with Anupam Kher in this hard-hitting drama. Now, in the latest addition to the project, Kantara fame Sapthami Gowda enters the casting room.
