Happy Birthday Kartik Aaryan
Young Bollywood star Kartik Aaryan is celebrating his birthday today. Good wishes are pouring in from all over, and fans are trending it on social media platforms. Kartik had two releases in 2024: Chandu Champion and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, so we can say that it was a successful year for him, and a few announcements are also coming soon.
Chandu Champion was released in June 2024, which has set a landmark for Kartik Aaryan. He finally got into an acting-driven role like this and broke that chocolate boy and lover boy image. As we have described in our review of Chandu Champion, it is the best performance of Kartik to date, and there are no doubts about that. The story of Chandu, who overcomes extraordinary odds to make the country proud, resonated deeply with fans and moviegoers. The film’s tagline, "A Man Who Refused to Surrender," seems to encapsulate not just the character's journey but Kartik’s own evolution as an actor.
Kartik then came back to the commercial genre with a horror comedy franchise movie on Diwali. His last release, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, saw him reprising the role of Rooh Baba, even though it was completely a new setup this time. The Diwali outing turned out to be a Super Hit at the box office and is still running in cinemas near you. The film was alongside Singham Again, which boasted an ensemble cast of Bollywood heavyweights but eventually beat the film at the box office. Currently, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is doing better than Singham Again and has also overtaken the film's domestic box office numbers, which is a perfect gift for the star, as his fans are saying.
Kartik is now set to kick off the shooting for his next franchise movie, Pati Patni Aur Woh 2, followed by a love story with Anurag Basu. We, at Movie Talkies, wish him a very happy birthday.
