Kate Winslet's First Look As Ronal From 'Avatar: The Way Of Water' Revealed

As we all know, Kate Winslet will be seen in James Cameron's Avatar: The Way of Water, but where are the details? That's not us, but fans are asking for it. The answer is out today. The new exclusive look at Kate Winslet's character in the Avatar sequel is revealed on Empire's cover.

Speaking about the character, Kate Winslet told Empire that her character, Ronal, is a loyal and fearless leader in the film. She is strong and is ready to fight for her people, even with an unborn baby on board. Kate had to learn free diving for the film. As reported earlier, she held her breath for over 7 minutes during the filming, setting a new record for any film shot underwater.

The previous union of Kate Winslet and James Cameron was also related to water. The film, as we all know, Titanic, broke all box office records. Cameron went on to top his records with Avatar (2009). Now he is set to offer a new world of Avatar with Avatar 2, starring Zoe Saldana, Sam Worthington, Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, Cliff Curtis, Joel David Moore, CCH Pounder, Edie Falco, Jemaine Clement, Giovanni Ribisi and Kate Winslet. Produced by James Cameron and Jon Landau, the much-awaited sequel is set to hit the screens this Christmas, on December 16th, 2022.
