After Amitabh Bachchan, Now Kriti Sanon Buys Land In The Celebrity Capital in Alibaug

Kriti Sanon, a well-known Bollywood actress, has made smart investments in land property. Over the years, the actress has been increasing her real estate portfolio, which includes her investment in a commercial space in Bangalore and a villa in Goa.

Kriti has now also followed in the footsteps of Amitabh Bachchan and bought a 2000-square-foot plot of land in the celebrity capital of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Alibaug, through the House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL).

Earlier in the year, Mr. Bachchan had invested in the same project as well, buying 10,000 square feet of land. And now, Kriti has also purchased this plot at Sol de Alibaug.

Speaking on her investment, Kriti Sanon revealed, "I am now a proud and happy landowner at The House of Abhinandan Lodha’s, beautiful development, Sol De Alibaug. Buying land on my own has been quite an empowering journey and I have had my eyes on Alibaug, for a while. I was pretty clear about what I was looking for - peace, privacy and a great investment addition to my portfolio! Even my father was impressed with this investment."
