Kamaal R. Khan, aka KRK, an infamous critic, was arrested by Mumbai Police on August 30th. He was taken to Borivali Court and sent to judicial custody for further interrogation. He was released on bail for the controversial tweets, but was incarcerated for another reason.
KRK was kept on remand for a sexual abuse case by a model. While other actors kept mum on the subject, actor-politician Shatrughan Sinha tweeted in Karl's support. KRK's son has tweeted from his handle requesting that his father be released by politicians Devendra Fadanvis, actors Abhishek Bachchan and Riteish Deshmukh.
