Madgaon Express Extended Weekend; Overtakes Savarkar, Loses to Kung Fu Panda 4 and Shaitaan

Madgaon Express Box Office update: Kunal Kemmu's youth comedy, Madgaon Express, is running slow on box office tracks. The film has had a low extended opening weekend in India, despite several offers on tickets and Holi festivities providing an extra boost.

Madgaon Express minted over 9 crore nett in the extended opening weekend, surpassing Swatantrya Veer Savarkar by a 2 crore margin. However, it couldn't battle the previous releases like Shaitaan and the Hollywood animated flick Kung Fu Panda 4's might at the box office.

All eyes are on Tuesday fall as the film will be coming after the extended holiday weekend and will also have a competition in the next week. The first-week total should be around 12 crore nett for the film.
