Makarand Deshpande Returns As Arun Gawli In Dagdi Chaawl 2 Teaser

Makarand Deshpande portrayed the role of don Arun Gawli in Dagdi Chaawl (2015) and won the hearts of the audience. The film, which also starred Ankush Choudhary, Pooja Sawant and Sanjay Khapre, became a super hit at the box office. Now, after 7 years, the team is back with the sequel, Dagdi Chaawl 2. The teaser shows us a glimpse of Makarand Deshpande's lead character, Arun Gawli. He channels the same look as the previous film, but we missed those popular one-liners in the teaser. There is no clarification on the rest of the cast yet, be it Ankush Chaudhary or Pooja Sawant.

Talking about the sequel, producer Sangeeta Ahir says, "Today we are very happy to announce 'Dagdi Chaawl 2'. Due to the overwhelming response of the audience to 'Dagdi Chaawl', we decided to make a sequel to this film. I am looking forward to the film and we intend to release this film worldwide at the same time."
