Mrunal Thakur is seen playing a special cameo in Nag Ashwin's magnus opus, "Kalki 2898 AD." The film boasts a stellar cast of Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Prabhas, Kamal Haasan, and many more stars coming into play in cameo roles.

Mrunal Thakur played the small cameo of a pregnant girl who becomes the victim of antagonists. As she reveals, she was quick to accept this offer. The actress, who had previously collaborated with the producers on "Sita Ramam," didn't even take a minute to say yes. 

"When I was approached for Kalki 2898 AD, I didn’t even take a moment to say yes. I have immense faith in producers Aswani Dutt, Swapna Dutt, and Priyanka. Our successful collaboration in 'Sita Ramam' made this an easy decision. And being part of this mammoth of a project and this absolute visionary filmmaking was something I knew I had to be part of," shared Mrunal Thakur.
