publive-imageNetflix is one of the most premium OTT platforms in the world, with millions of viewers paying for the subscription. However, the media management and PR management from their side are equally bad. Comparatively, they are worse than their competitors like Hotstar, Prime Video, ZEE5, SonyLIV, and any other newly born OTT platform.

Usually, OTT platforms don't hold media screenings for films and webseries in theatres (sometimes they do). They send screeners to journalists for the wholesome purpose of review. Netflix lies behind each competitor in that field, as they have the worst screener system of them all.

The Netflix screener system is definitely not up to the standards of the company. Their bad management is at fault here. Half the time they don't send the screeners, and half the rest of the time, it doesn't work. They send the same ID to multiple journalists, which actually has a limit. So naturally, the screeners crash. The team isn't smart enough to use screener apps like other OTT platforms do. They don't even provide proper subscriptions to the media persons. How can they carry on with such a pathetic working system? That's what's bothering me as a journalist.
